Why 1 Gallon is Awesome - American Pale Ale

Why 1 Gallon is awesome, just started brewing American Pale Ale.  I decided to swap Simcoe hops for Amarillo Hops.  This is just one reason, to have fun with a small batch of home brew. 

You get to experiment and change adjust and doesn't cost much.  Clean up is easy.  Sometimes you create some spectacular.

Now its also a perfect small batch to use spent grains and make a nice loaf of bread!
